Production
Most products are made after an order is placed. Product pages and checkout provide the current production estimate when Fourthwall supplies it.
Shipping
Shipping methods, prices, taxes, and delivery estimates are calculated by Fourthwall at hosted checkout. Customs fees may apply to international orders.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact orders@recombinasesupply.com promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Replacement eligibility is reviewed under the active Fourthwall fulfillment policy.
